A blend of 89% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Syrah, 1% Mourvedre, .6% Cabernet Franc, .6% Merlot, .6% Petit Verdot, .6% Malbec, .6% Grenache, this is an inviting Cabernet Sauvignon with plenty of complexity and structure with silky tannins. It’s also very versatile with food, with fruit-forward flavors of black cherry, blackberry and boysenberry, as well as chocolate, leather, graphite, mint and dried herbs.
