Processing & Confirmation

Orders set for in-store and curbside pickup are processed within 24 business hours. Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive an email confirming your order and letting you know that it’s ready for pickup.

Pickup Instructions

To pick up your order, you must present your order confirmation email and valid ID. To authorize someone other than yourself to pickup the order, you must leave a note at checkout or send an email to info@norfolkwineandspirits.com from the same email address used to place the order. The note or email must include the full name of the individual that will be picking up your order. You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase and pickup alcohol!

Orders set for in-store and curbside pickup will be held for up to 21 days after order confirmation. If your order has not been picked up within the specific time frame, the order will be canceled and refunded and the product returned to inventory.
