A gentle wine with a great balance of sweetness and fruit, this riesling has flavors of crisp apples, limes, and passion fruit, with a hint of honey. The balance of slate/mineral qualities common in German rieslings shines through while balancing with the common sweetness acidity of rieslings making it a great pairing for spicy dishes, seafood, and glazed hams.
