Wahaka Mezcal Joven Ensemble

Wahaka Ensamble is a confident blend of 50% Espadín, 25% Madre Cuishe, and 25% Tobalá, with all three agaves cooked, fermented, and distilled together. The result is a mezcal of remarkable depth—floral notes from the Tobalá, followed by the earthy minerality and citrus character of the Madre Cuishe, all supported by the richness of Espadín. It makes a sublime introduction to Wahaka’s Signature range, whether enjoyed neat or in an elegant cocktail.

At the heart of Wahaka is Alberto “Beto” Morales, a fifth-generation maestro mezcalero who learned the craft from his father, who learned it from his father before him. Today, Alberto works alongside his family, preserving a centuries-old tradition while sharing authentic, artisanal mezcal with the world.
