Here we are at a new bottling of our classic assembly. The different souls of the Caribbean merge together into a Jazz rhythm of the twenties. Intriguing color. Stimulating nose, with hints of mushrooms, shades of hummus undergrowth and wet foliage in a second moment stand out with shades of powder coffee cream and nutmeg.

Like the brass and strings in a New Orleans old days band, on the palate alternate spicy and marine tones, so strong that it seems to take a walk in the Mediterranean scrub. Custard, peanut butter and hazelnut.

Bottled in Scotland in 2016. A selected blend of 1999 Trinidad Fernandes (BR – Column Still – Molasses), 2002 Demerara Enmore (BR – Pot Still – Molasses), 2004 Demerara Diamond (BR – Column Still – Molasses). Just 360 bottles have been produced. 45% ABV (90 Proof).
