Pavão Vinho Verde Escolha NV

Pavão, or peacock in Portuguese, is a soft medium-sweet wine with plenty of acidity to balance the lemon-curd flavor. On the nose it’s citrus, flowers, pineapple and apples. Taste wise a hint of lime, yeast and green apples but mostly pineapple and passionfruit.
