This Single Cask, bottled exclusively for ImpEx Beverages, was matured for 6 years in a Ruby Port Quarter Cask.

During its maturation, the Port cask has added layers of red fruit and sweetness, which balance beautifully with the natural citrus and peat smoke character of Kilchoman Single Malts.

Nose: Red berries, plums, caramel, cured meats, and peat smoke.

Palate: Strawberry jam, pipe smoke, and orchard fruit; with waves of salty smoke.

Finish: Long and lingering; with malty notes and stewed fruit.
