George Dickel Bourbon Whisky Aged 15 Years

Winner of gold in the 2021 World Spirits Competition in San Francisco, George Dickel 15 year old Single Barrel Tennessee whisky captures a truly unique take on Tennessee whisky, somehow managing to taste much older than its years. Distilled by the Cascade Hollow Distilling Co. this ongoing release single barrel whisky has a mash bill of 84% corn, 8% rye, and 8% malted barley with a variable finished barrel proof strength, maturely charred – #4 barrel, #2 head. The nose is a powerful hit of cherries, summer apples, and vanilla cream layered in sweet vitamin candy. On the palate, the tongue is smoothly coated in sweetly aged oak, musty wood, and tones of melted Neapolitan ice cream.
