This mid-ester pot still rum was created in the heart of Trelawny Parish, Jamaica. After distillation, it was shipped to the U.S. and aged in ex-Bourbon casks before being hand-bottled in Florida. Versatile and vibrant, it is excellent in cocktails, enjoyed neat or over a single cube of ice.
