Named after the Irish phrase for the Winter Solstice, Grianstad an Gheimhridh celebrates the longest night of the year and the promise of returning light. This limited edition matures initially in Bourbon casks before receiving a finish in Tawny Port casks, creating one of the richest expressions in Dingle’s seasonal series.

The nose offers aromas of dark berries, figs, plums, honey, and chocolate-covered raisins, while the palate unfolds with layers of red fruits, toffee, dried cherries, baking spices, roasted nuts, and creamy malt. The Port cask influence adds depth and luxurious sweetness without overpowering the distillery’s elegant house style, leading to a long finish filled with warming spice, fruit, and gentle oak.
