Winemaker Notes

A bouquet of tropical aromas on the nose, notes of pineapple, passion fruit and lychee mingle with hints of lavender. The palate is lively, showcasing flavors of white peach and green apple complimented by a bright, mouthwatering acidity. The finish is fruity and moderately sweet, leaving lingering notes of strawberry and guava.
