Winemaker Notes

The Mionetto Organic Prosecco Extra Dry is a bright yellow in appearance. Delicate notes of elderflower and green apple aromas. An explosion of green apple on the palate with a refreshing crispness from the delicate bubbles.

Enjoy this wine as an aperitif or during a meal, with gorgonzola with dates or figs, prosciutto with melon.
