D* Louis Latour Domaine de Valmoissine Pinot Noir 2021

The Louis Latour Domaine de Valmoissine Pinot Noir has a ruby color and a complex nose with cocoa and ripe fruits from south of France, such as arbutus berry. The mouth is ample and round with silky tannins and undergrowth hints. Nice persistancy in the mouth. The vineyard’s southern exposure gives the grapes perfect maturity at the same time as the Grands Crus of Corton. The yield is small in order to ensure perfect maturity and concentration of the grapes, the factors that create the best quality wines. This results in an elegant wine with remarkable finesse.
