Soil: Clay and limestone

Varieties: 60% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Franc

Vinification Method: Grapes are harvested by hand and destemmed. The grapes undergo three to four weeks of cool maceration for a soft extraction. The wine is vinified in tank and the wine is aged in 300 & 400-liter old oak barrels for twelve to fourteen months, after which the wine spends 4-5 months in concrete tank. The wine is bottled without systematic filtration.
