Made from the “Yellow” sugar cane variety grown under the Sicilian sun, Mater Rum Yellow Cane embodies the essence of the Mediterranean. Its prolonged fermentation process and distillation in a bain-marie copper still allow for the extraction of rich and authentic flavors. This rum displays an aromatic profile marked by floral and fruity notes, with a hint of salinity reminiscent of the coastal landscapes of Sicily.
