“Classic Laddie Cask Component Workshop”
The event is called the “Classic Laddie Cask Component Workshop” – and the objective is to highlight both the complexity of Classic Laddie as well as the level of craft needed to blend it by hand, without use of recipes or computers, all while driving sales behind our priority single malt.
We start with a presentation / slide show deep-dive into Classic Laddie, with a tasting of both Classic as well as 8 component cask-strength samples typically used in the vatting.  Guests will sample 1st and 2nd fill Bourbon casks, Scottish vs Islay vs Organic barley, as well as 1st and 2nd fill wine and sherry casks.
Once we have all tasted and finished with the presentation, the guests then use the samples provided to try to approximate the flavor profile of Classic Laddie, in their own 100ml take-home bottle.
I will have some swag/gifts for those who blend well, and it should be a good time all around.
