A Spirited Journey With Dave Catania

Join us at Norfolk Wine & Spirits on Saturday, October 26th for a spirited journey with Dave Catania: six tastings from morning to evening, at which we’ll sample a wide assortment of spirits from around the world!

Session 1: Breakfast & Cocktails
Time: 10:00 am-12:00 pm

Enjoy an English style breakfast as Dave Catania whips up cocktails with an assortment of classic and original cocktails. Dave will share his recipes so that you can recreate your favorites at home!

Sesion 2: Emerging Distilleries Tasting
Time: 12:00 am-1:30 pm
Cost: FREE!

Learn about and sample whiskies from emerging distilleries around the world, including Filey Bay (England), Isle of Raasay (Scotland), Kingsbarns (Scotland), Penderyn (Wales), Pokeno (New Zealand), and more!

Session 3: Agave Spirits Tasting
Time: 1:30 pm-3:00 pm

Learn about and sample an assortment of the best Tequilas, Mezcals, and other agave spirits from Mexico, including Arette, Cimarron, G4, Mi Casa, Origin Raiz, Real Minero, Rey Campero, Volans, and more!

Session 4: Indian Whisky Tasting
Time: 3:00 pm-4:30 pm
Cost: FREE!

Learn about and sample Indian single malts from Amrut and Indri paired with assorted bites.

Session 5: Premium Spirits Tasting
Time: 4:30 pm-6:00 pm
Cost: $15 per person

Session 6: Rum & Baijiu Tasting
Time: 6:00 pm-7:30 pm
Cost: FREE!

Learn about and sample aged and unaged rums from around the world, as well as the world’s most consumed spirit: Baijiu, a colorless Chinese liquor typically distilled from fermented sorghum.
