All aboard for stop #3 of our agave road trip! This week we will focus on mezcal, a less restricted world compared to tequila due primarily to two main things: mezcal doesn’t have to be produced in one region only, and doesn’t have to be distilled from one type of agave only. We will try nine mezcals made from different agaves, and explore producers from a few mezcal regions, using a range of fascinating techniques.
