👨🍳 About Chef Peppino
Shingara Singh, known as Chef Peppino, is the Executive Chef and Co-Owner of DaVinci Bistro. Originally from India, his culinary journey took him to Germany at sixteen, where he trained under Italian chefs at Leonardo Da Vinci. After moving to the U.S. in the 1990s, he spent a decade as Executive Chef at La Campania in Waltham before opening DaVinci Bistro in 2007. His cooking blends classic Italian tradition with modern technique—elegant, soulful, and unforgettable.
