Pale straw green color. Very elegant with white pear and citrus aromas on the nose with mineral (flint stone) and herbal notes. On the palate spicy apple sauce and pineapple cake aromas with a crisp, fruity-yet-dry medium body and a refreshing vanilla and mineral kissed finish.
