Meo-Camuzet Saint-Romain 2016

Méo-Camuzet is one of the most celebrated domaines of the Côte d’Or, located in the heart of prestigious Vosne-Romanée. This medium to full-bodied stunner is palate-coating yet bright. Concentrated notes of yellow fruit, brioche, and honeysuckle dominate the wine’s unctuous yet zesty palate. Drink now or lay down for another five years. Offering up a fine nose of tart orange, apple, wet stone minerality, a touch of straw and a topnote of citrus peel. On the palate the wine is full-bodied, crisp and zesty, with good focus and grip and a long, well-balanced finish. A very good value.
