Brilliant pale yellow in color, this wine is very aromatic on the nose, offering notes of tropical fruit, white peach and fennel. On the palate, it has a fresh entry, with high acidity and a long, persistent finish.
Lovely with seafood, octopus and cuttlefish. Also a good match for grilled oil-rich fish.
