This Gruner Veltliner mirrors the sun-drenched vineyards of Austria showing classic freshness. Pear drop, fresh green pear and creaminess are only hinted at on the shy nose, but they all appear on the slender, dry palate. A lovely peppery kick of pith and texture gives an edge to the body and lets this resonate with yeast and spice.
