These fine wines are fashioned from premium California varietal grapes to produce rich tastes and appealing bouquets. These award-winning wines are crafted in the European tradition and barrel aged in oak casks to provide the perfect balance of flavor. This Sherry continues the tradition of classic sherries. Dry and medium bodied with a balmy aged bouquet suggestive of orange blossoms. Toffee and nut flavors, with hints of persimmon, make this a wonderful change of pace from white table wines. Crafted with a cultured flore sherry blend and aged to perfection in the finest American Oak.
