Château Maris practices both organic and biodynamic viticulture and has been a certified B Corp since 2016. Maris boasts the world’s only wine cellar made from hemp bricks, an environmentally friendly building which is completely biodegradable. Now, they farm a 79-acre estate divided into a multitude of small vineyards on the hillside above the village of La Livinière, the first Cru Classé of the Minervois. This rosé of grenache offers a fun and refreshing strawberry fruitiness over a nice grounding of minerality. Certified organic, certified biodynamic, sustainably grown, vegan.
