Chateau Maris is biodynamic, 79-acre estate divided into a multitude of small vineyards on the hillside above the village of La Liviniere, the first Cru Classe of the Minervois, in the Languedoc region. The entire winery itself is made from hemp bricks and is 100% carbon neutral. Certified Ecocert, Biodyvin, Demeter, and BCorps. This wine is a medium bodied red wine made with Syrah and Grenache grapes, vinified in concrete eggs. Dark fruit, slightly smoky, ripe tannins.
