The Cascina Valle Asinari estate is located in San Marzano Oliveto, in the province of Asti and boasts about 20 hectares of vineyards mainly cultivated with Barbera and Nebbiolo. The Rosso Ciuchino of Cascina Valle Asinari is a red wine that envelops with a taste that shows a perfect balance between acidity and softness. The color is a deep ruby ​​red with almost purplish hues. The olfactory scene is dominated by an imposing and immediately recognizable fruity note.
