Jay is a former physicist, U.S. Navy submarine officer, and founder of The Whiskey Lab, a veteran-owned importer focused on bringing exceptional independent bottlings to the United States.

A 40-year-old grain whisky, a heavily sherried Glenallachie, an unusual Palo Cortado-finished Inchmurrin, and several whiskies making their first appearance at Norfolk.
