Castello della Sala Bramito del Cervo Chardonnay Umbria IGT 2022

Grown in the hills of Umbria, this Chardonnay opens with aromas of baked green apples and roasted pineapple, with hints of crème and sweet spices. The palate is medium in body with round textures focused on mixed orchard fruits with hints of baked lemon, oak spice and subtle minerality. White flower blossoms and hints of chamomile dominate the nose with notes of Golden apples and vanilla. This food-friendly wine is fresh on the palate and fully expresses Chardonnay’s varietal character.
