Bodegas Hidalgo La Gitana – Faraon – Oloroso NV (500ml)

The Hidalgo La Gitana Faraon Oloroso is 100% Palomino Fino from Miraflores and Balbaína. The grapes are fermented with native yeasts, then aged between 6 to 12 years in the Bodega’s solera in Sanlúcar de Barrameda. Deep amber color with striking aromas of roasted nuts, toffee, dried herbs and salt. The palate is soft, full-bodied and concentrated with added notes of baked citrus, sweet spice, chocolate and a savory, saline note that flows into a long, dry finish. Delicious!
