Virtual Whiskey Tasting: Old Elk with Master Distiller Greg Metze

Join us Wednesday, July 15th at 7:30 PM for a virtual Old Elk whiskey tasting led by Master Distiller Greg Metze and Market Manager Alex Cottle via Zoom. Prior to joining Old Elk, Greg Metze had a 38 year career at Seagram’s Distillery (now MGP) where he specialized in developing bourbon, rye, light whiskey, gin, and vodka. Those that want to pick apart the brain of an industry veteran won’t want to miss this event!

Take-home tasting kits cost $50.00 each and include five samples (one of each expression listed below) as well as a $35.00 credit good towards the purchase of any Old Elk whiskey or Nooku Bourbon Creamproducts, all of which will be on sale for the tasting.

• Old Elk Blended Straight Bourbon Whiskey (1 Oz sample)
• Old Elk Straight Rye Whiskey (1 Oz sample)
• Old Elk Straight Wheat Whiskey (1 Oz sample)
• Old Elk Straight Wheated Bourbon (1 Oz sample)
• Nooku Bourbon Cream (100 mL can)

Pickup will be available at Norfolk Wine & Spirits starting at 4:30 PM on Friday, July 10th. Delivery of tasting kits to those within our delivery range will be made before 7:00 PM on Wednesday, July 15th.
