These result in a distillate with notable floral and Japanese grass notes without any hints of acidity.

Ex-Bodega Sherry Barrique: Matured in first-fill Oloroso sherry casks sourced from a prestigious bodega in Spain, not the commonly used casks seasoned with low-quality sherry.
