West Cork IPA Cask Matured Blended Irish Whiskey is a delicate blend of 75% grain and 25% malt whiskey. It is first aged in first-fill bourbon casks and then finished in barrels that previously held Black’s of Kinsale IPA. This unique maturation process creates a whiskey with a mildly hoppy character, complemented by sweet undertones and a finish featuring roasted nuts, malt, and sweet spices.
