Vignamaggio Gherardino Riserva Chianti 2014

Chianti Classico Riserva Gherardino is rich, enveloping and textured to the core. Dark red cherry, plum, smoke, tobacco and spices flesh out on the racy finish. Enjoy with savory first courses, red meat and seasoned cheese. It is a blend of 80-90% Sangiovese with the inclusion of 10-20% Merlot which adds volume and richness. The vines are between 20 and 30 years old.
