Aromas of toasted almonds and burnt orange rise through soft coastal peat. On the palate, juicy stone fruits, candied ginger and a flicker of citrus unfold, balanced by gentle smoke and a lasting hint of spice.

TASTING NOTES
Nose:
Soft coastal smoke meets sun-warmed sweetness. Burnt orange peel, toasted almonds and honey-drenched
fruitcake rise gently, with a touch of sea spray and spice in the background.
Palate:
Lush and mouth-coating. Notes of ripe apricot, candied ginger and golden sultanas weave through our signature
peat. A thread of Madeira’s sweetness runs deep – rich but never cloying – lifted by &trus zest and warming oak.
Finish:
Lingering and elegant. The smoke recedes slowly, leaving behind dried fruit, gentle pepper and a hint of sea salt
– like embers on a windswept beach.
