Tomatin is a distillery in the Highlands region of Scotland. Its single malts have the typical flavor profile of the region, balanced, delicate and sweet. Once a year, the distillery releases a peaty whisky called Cu Bocan.
This 21 Years Old expression is an exclusive bottling for North America, matured solely in 1st fill ex-Bourbon casks. Warm flavors of ginger bread, vanilla and honey balance perfectly with aromas of soft tropical fruits, resulting in a buttery, creamy finish.
