Tickets start at $55.00 and include attendance for one adult + a welcoming cocktail, hors d’oeuvres, a multi-course meal, and six 1 Oz pours of Highland Park Single Malt Scotch Whisky.

• Course 1: Live scallop grilled in its shell, salt pork, rhubarb and raw ginger vinaigrette
• Course 2: Hearth roasted Berkshire pork loin, cornbread crusted ribs and blood sausage croquette
• Sides: Cracked barley with garlic scapes and yogurt grilled celtuce with almonds and popcorn greens, with herbs and flowers and pork drippings
• Course 3: Oak grilled strawberry and barley malt cake, oloroso sherry butterscotch and butter crunch ice cream
