About Chef Peppino:
Shingara Singh, famously known as Chef Peppino, is the Executive Chef and Co-Owner of Da Vinci Bistro. Originally from India, Chef Peppino moved to Germany at the age of sixteen, where he lived with an Italian family who owned a restaurant named Leonardo Da Vinci. It was there that Peppino fell in love with Italian cuisine and trained under some of the best chefs in the country. After moving to the U.S. in the 1990s, Chef Peppino spent ten years as the Executive Chef at La Campania in Waltham before opening Da Vinci Bistro in 2007. Chef Peppino is known for blending traditional Italian dishes with innovative techniques, creating an unforgettable dining experience.
