Nose: Some light vegetal notes with a hint of plums, but also a touch of cinnamon sugar next to apple peel and bright flash of lemon. Darker profile as time goes by. There might be soft notes of chocolate in the background, as well as gentle mineral elements.
Taste: Velvety mouthfeel. A dash of smoke, some gentle olive brine and milk chocolate, as well as a whisper of latte and old oak. Finally a hint of ginger.
Finish: Medium length. Soft mineral touches alongside warming spices.
