The Secret Garden Distillery started as a derelict 7.5 acre plot of land just on the outskirts of Edinburgh, it was there that the roots were laid for The Secret Herb Garden; a green space that allowed people to wander freely and enjoy the subtle wonder that nature has to offer.

Experimenting with all the plants, that were so lovingly nurtured, led to the discovery of the true magic of nature. Using and inspired by the botanicals grown in the Garden, a range of 100% natural gins were created.

The Secret Garden Distillery is the only distillery in the UK to have a fully functional botanical garden with over 600 naturally grown and tended varieties of herbs and flowers.

Owned and operated by a mother and daughters’ team who share the same passion of celebrating nature and creating a truly unique product; their hope is to expand the range of home-grown botanicals, elevate the distillery, and launch new products. Always at the forefront is maintaining the focus on nature and quality for which the distillery has always been known.
