The wine cask adds layers of dark and red fruit, spice and richness to GlenAllachie’s characteristic honeyed profile. The result is a powerful but beautifully layered single malt combining glazed cherries, bramble jam and orchard fruit with mocha, honeycomb and warming baking spices.
