Tasting: Pablo’s Favorite Whiskies & Surprises from Europa Tour 2022 (February 7, 2023)

Technically it’s not a farewell. Once you belong to the Norfolk Wine & Spirits community, you know you’re here to stay. In such a fun, relaxed, and engaging environment, camaraderie, knowledge, and the best spirits selection are hard to beat. 

Nevertheless, it’s time for me to move on with personal whisky projects involving a world whisky independent bottler and a whisky book. So I won’t be showing up in Norfolk as often, and my official title of Events Manager goes back to multi-hat-orchestra-director Mr. Bikram. You’re in the best hands for sure. 

But before I kind of semi-disappear for some time until my projects are aligned, I’m excited to run a last tasting next week as part of NWS Anniversary Week, where I can offer you some of my favorite whiskies of my 2-year tenure at Norfolk, plus a few surprises I brought from my European Itinerante Tour 2022.
