Santo Wines Santorini Assyrtiko 2021

A White wine from Cyclades, Aegean Sea, Greece. Assyrtiko wines from Santorini are typically bone-dry and citrus driven with an intense vein of minerality from the volcanic soils in which the vines are grown, and a little more weight than your average Mediterranean white wine. A vibrant wine with white floral aromas, zippy citrus fruit and great mineral backbone. A classic pairing for seafood, this is especially delicious with oysters.
