$179.99
Presenting the new star of our stables. A blend that reflects all the experience gained in recent years. A multifaceted spirit that sums up the amazing variety of Caribbean character traits. The Caribbean: a garden of Eden that’s a recurring element in the dreams of all those who yearn to escape, to go find themselves. We taste it, smell it and enjoy it with typical “Caribbean” calm.
Lavish in colour, rich and thick. Like those sunsets on the beach that delicately dazzle our eyes, tired from a day of idle lazing in the sun. On the nose, scents of marzipan and sweets baking in the oven. Tones of hazelnut, pancakes and fruit syrup. A solid supporting structure. Very subtle alcohol holds the various facets together without distorting them. This is a very easy-drinking spirit. Sweetness and dynamism are the most surprising characteristics. The sweetness hits the palate immediately, the sweet tones then giving way to a more distinct, pungent nose.
Beware, it’s very dynamic and fleeting; indeed it changes shape and dimension. Initially of great depth, sip after sip it veers off in a different direction, acquiring a more rounded and spicy structure, becoming increasingly crisper as it gradually abandons sweetness.
