Lou Banks and   Salvador “Chava” Peribán run a popular podcast Agave Road Trip A podcast that helps Gringo Bartenders better understand Agave spirits.  In addition they also are involved with SACRED.

SACRED is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation and 1% for the Planet Nonprofit Partner that helps improve lives in the rural Mexican communities where heritage agave spirits are made. We raise money to underwrite programs that help replant agave, build libraries, ensure water security, and repair damage done by earthquakes.

All aboard for stop #7 of our agave road trip! The cocktails are listed below, recipes will be provided to all attendees, so that they may recreate these at home.  We will also be able to taste the base spirits, be it Rum, Sotol, Tequila, Mezcal and Gin used to craft the cocktails.
