Batch 05 marks the first RCLR blend crafted exactly by volume—50% Kentucky rye and 50% Indiana rye. Two low-rye profiles come together in perfect balance, creating a whiskey that is rich on the palate and long on the finish.

While it stays true to the rye tradition with earthen spice and structure, 25B5 is also inviting for newer or casual rye drinkers, thanks to its bourbon-forward sweetness and dark sugar notes.

Nose:
Opens with pine and zesty citrus—orange and grapefruit—layered with brown sugar, maple, and charred oak. Hints of clove tobacco mingle with baking spices like allspice and nutmeg, while vanilla cake batter and maple lend depth. It’s an aromatic, candle-like profile you’ll want to linger over.

Palate:
The entry is decadent with vanilla, caramel, and barrel-aged maple syrup. Mid-palate, leather, dried tobacco, and toasted oak give way to clove, nutmeg, dark brown sugar, and graham cracker.
