The first nosing offers a mouth-watering combination of winter spices, caramelised nuts and dried fruit sweetness.
To start, the palate opens with a wave of oak sweetness in the form of vanilla creme, peppered strawberries and chocolate brownie.
On the finish, the oak and the sweetness bring a BBQ’d pineapple character along with drier notes of root ginger and liquorice.
