PUNGENT, OILY, SMOKED MALT

Color: Gold

Nose: Pleasantly pungent with freshly ground cumin, mustard greens, and wild onions giving way to freshly raked smoked malt, newly lit incense, and smoked agave piñas. Keep digging and there’s white peony tea and white chocolate.

Palate: Oily and robust with more smoked malt, white chocolate fattiness, subtle herbaceous bitterness, smoked salt, and hints of lemon zest as it transitions towards the finish

Finish: Long and lasting with lingering lemon zest, sea salt and smoked malt
