BEGUILING, WARM CEREAL, HONIED

Color: Oolong tea

Nose: A beguiling nose that warrants careful consideration: warm cereal notes appear before giving way to warm slices of white peach then cola syrup and tart pear slices appear atop warm oatmeal, blackcurrant and brown Licorice All-Sorts show themselves in time. Layers of milk chocolate appear after a few hearty sips.

Palate: The warm cereal notes continue on the palate with Cracklin’ Oat Bran becoming honied with Bit-O-Honey candy bars and then returning Brown Licorice All-Sorts. In time the palate reveals toasted walnuts with apricot preserves.

Finish: A long, warm finish lingers on notes of plump raisins and Whoppers
