Inchmurrin is an unpeated style of single malt produced at Loch Lomond Distillery from their pot stills.
Matured 11 yrs in ex-Bourbon, with 3 yrs extra maturation in a 2nd fill New Charred Oak Barrique (technically a heavy toast, medium char barrique)

FRUIT FORWARD, CEREAL, PEPPER
Color: Pale straw
Nose: Delicate yet inviting with poached pears, green apple skin, and dehydrated apple rings up front but with a soft cereal note behind. Hints of brioche buns and café au lait hover around the edges
Palate: Pleasant warmth, remains fruit forward with fruit flavored gummies, pineapple upside-down cake, and more poached pears (this time with the ginger present) then a gently building oak spice (cracked peppercorns, nutmeg, even a hint of turmeric)
Finish: Moderate length with lingering sweetness from the fruit and cereal elements but also a pleasing pepperiness
